SO blown away by their delicious Lobster Ravioli. This was the first stop on a North End food crawl. This spot unfortunately requires you to order one dish per person so it was not ideal for a food crawl, so we added the zucchini flowers to our order. They were decent, but the real star of the show were those five lobster raviolis. They were FULL of chunked lobster and even the sauce had lobster. It was a gentle red sauce that almost tasted like a rose pasta sauce. It was mild enough to let the lobster flavor shine through. Just make sure to consume while hot before the ravioli skin hardens up and the sauce gets a little too chunky.

This place is always our go to for Italian. We made a reservation for a large party of 14 and the staff there were very attentive and the food arrived fairly quickly after we ordered. I was worried about our large party but everything went smoothly! We got the lobster ravioli and gnocchi both of which were very filling! The lobster dish also had lobster in the sauce itself which was a plus! Gnocchi was seasoned perfectly and delicious!

We were seated in the front since we didn't have reservations. It almost looks like two restaurants... the front kinda looks like a pizzeria and the back a traditional restaurant. The waiter was kind, however didn't really tend to us. He was distracted with the table of ladies next to us. From what I heard that was there second time there and he was engaged in conversation. We had to ask for utensils and bread and then for a cup, I'll admit I was annoyed. The Carbonara was a little on the salty side however overall delicious. My partner enjoyed his lasagne as well. The food: 5 however because of my experience I will go with 4.

Overall theme: Incredible food, good service, do NOT sit in the basement. The zucchini flowers were stuffed to the max with ricotta and savory, I wish it came with more than 3. We loved the pasta- the Ragu was very meaty and fresh. The lobster ravioli was slightly fishy but I appreciate that because it tasted really fresh and authentic. Our server was organized and checked on us constantly. My biggest complaint is the basement- it is small and loud, we felt pretty cramped in there. At first they sat us in a tiny table in the middle of the basement and everyone kept running into our table so we asked to move more into the corner which they accommodated luckily.
